What is PVD Coating film

PVD is the abbreviation of Physical Vapor Deposition. It’s a process to produce a metal vapor (Titanium and Chromium ) that can be deposited on electrically conductive materials as a thin  . It’s a process carried out in a vacuum chamber at vacuum using a cathodic arc source.

The coating compounds are made up of various elements such as carbides, nitrides, borides and silicide. The makeup of the compound varies some depending on what the application necessitates. A wide variety of colors can be achieved by adding other gases during the deposition
